Chelsea Players Celebrating After a Goal
Chelsea FC has secured a ticket into the Emirate FA Cup final beating Southampton, 2-0, in the semi-final duel played on Sunday at Wembley Stadium.
The first goal for the Blues was scored by superman Oliver Giroud in the few minutes of the second half and the second goal was scored by headmaster Alvaro Morata, in the eighty two minutes of the game.
Therefore, Chelsea will be facing Manchester United in the FA Cup final, after the Red Devils had beaten Tottenham, 2-1 on Saturday.
However, efforts by the Southampton to equalise were futile.
Reacting to the victory, the Blues Manager, Antonio Conte, commended both Giroud and Morata.
Conte says Olivier Giroud has been a very good signing and he is pleased for both the Frenchman and Alvaro Morata. He adds the fact they can play together, like they did at Burnley, gives him another option. #CHESOU
