Dear Sir

I want to use this medium to complain about the deplorable roads in our area, which is Ogba. It is such that the people there have started wondering whether they are Nigeria or not.

Private cars owners and commercial buses drivers wail every day, complaining about the damage to their vehicles. To the extent that many of them  have parked their cars.

People moving from one community to other, or transporting products are not finding it easy, not to talk about road accidents and loses of life which could have been prevent if the road were to be in good shape.

Armed robbers constantly dispose people of their valuables and belongings on the road. The most painful aspect is that young girls are sometimes raped on account of the bad state of the roads.  .

There is more that the area is losing due to bad roads. We understand that there are some natural resources which foreign explorers have promised to come and explore but could not come all because of the bad roads.

This means that had the road there been good, the area would have contributed immensely to the revenue of the country.

I would therefore , want to use this medium to appeal to the Governor of Lagos State on behalf of the community to come to our aid.
