Actress Mercy Aigbe has revealed what transpired recently, that made her to apologise to her daughter.
She said it was an emotional moment with her daughter, Michelle, and realising the harsh way in which she brought her up, she had to apologise to her.
“Three days ago, I had to send her an apology text
“I told her, ‘I’m sorry. You might think the upbringing I gave you was hard.’ And yes, it was. I won’t lie—it was harsh. But I raised a vessel for God”, Mercy Aigbe said.
She was fielding questions in the course of a film premiere in Lagos, and the interaction provided her opportunity to track up on some important phases of her life and career.
According to her, it was such that Michelle would not return her call, making communication with her difficult.
At last, she was able to get to her through a friend.

She recounted a time when Michelle didn’t return her call. After reaching out through a friend, she finally got a response from her daughter.
It was then that Michelle recalled how traumatized she felt when once Mercy Aigbe hit her with a bucket.
