BUHARI’S SCALE OF CORRUPTION:

It is Buhari’s scale of classification, on which he classifies people based on his VESTED INTEREST.

There are eight groups on Buhari’s scale of corruption. The system is Buhari’s method of categorising individuals based on corruption.

A person’s position on the scale is a function of three factors:

(1) The sphere of influence of the individual.

(2) Buhari’s vested interest.

(3) Buhari’s courage level in relation to the sphere of influence of the individual.

GROUP 1: The SOVEREIGN UNTOUCHABLES. BUHARI IS EITHER TOO SCARED TO TOUCH THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR SPHERE OF INFLUENCE, THE POLITICAL BACKLASH SUCH A MOVE WOULD HAVE ON THE POLITY, OR PERHAPS THE TIMING FOR SUCH A MOVE IS NOT RIGHT…..Babangida tops list!
They do as they like and they like as they do!

Buhari’s inability to prosecute this group to which Babangida and GUSAU belong, makes him a COWARD!

GROUP 2: THE NOUVEAU RICHE ASSOCIATE LOOTERS OF BUHARI, PROTECTED BY HIM.

They are the new generation “ABOVE THE LAW LOOTERS” under Buhari.

Adamu Abuh’s revelation of Junaid Mohammed’s EXPOSE on Sabiu Yusuf, published, in the Guardian on 17 February 2018, under the title:

“BUHARI’S RETURN IN 2019 WILL END TRAGEDY, SAYS JUNAID MOHAMMED” who made the point, this way:

“Now, among the people in the cabal, but very powerful and not known is someone called Tunde, originally called Sabiu Yusuf. He is the son of Mamman Daura’s immediate younger sister. He is, today, P.A to the President, even though he has never worked for one day in his life. But a P.A job is normally the work of a full-blown director or a permanent secretary. That boy only got married last year and as I speak to you now, he is one of the billionaires in Nigeria today. Nobody of his age has the kind of money that boy has. Sabiu Yusuf’s, let sleeping dogs lie position, of refusing to seek redress in court, like Mr Secundus of the PDP, has done, for his inclusion on the list of the corrupt, gives strength to Junaid Mohammed’s position.

GROUP 3: THE APC LOOTERS’, BUHARI FOR POLITICAL REASONS HAS REFUSED TO PROSECUTE.

GROUP 4: THE SACRIFICIAL LAMBS: These are Buhari’s associates, that are either in his bad books or those he is compelled (by the PUBLIC PRESSURE) to name and may never prosecute by stalling for time.

GROUP 5: THE PDP LOOTERS WHO CROSSED OVER TO APC and are now saints, whose sphere of political influence is needed by Buhari for his 2019 bid.

The account of Obanikoro who moved from PDP to APC and his ommision from the list of looters, is a case in point.

Jesusegun Alagbe, interview with Prof Itse Sagay (SAN), the Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption , published in the Punch on April 7, 2018, under the headline:

“I DON’T KNOW WHY LAI MOHAMMED OMITTED OBANIKORO’S NAME FROM LOOTERS’ LIST – SAGAY”

QUESTION : “But what now happens to those who defected from the PDP and are now in the APC ? For instance , a former Minister of State for Defence , Senator Musiliu Obanikoro, who left the PDP for the APC , was alleged to have been involved in the same $ 2.1bn arms scam that made most PDP members to be on the looters ’ list . Why was his name omitted?

ANSWER: “I have no idea. You know this is a list released by the Minister of Information  [Lai Mohammed] . So , he must have a reason for omitting his name.”

QUESTION: “The feeling by some Nigerians is that if you are in the APC , you are not corrupt. GROUP 6: THE RESERVES OR NEUTRAL THIEVES who are NEITHER a THREAT or in ALLIANCE with Buhari’s VESTED INTEREST. Thieves in the Civil Service and the private sector belong here. The danger of this group is that when Buhari needs scape goats for his Anti-Corruption propaganda, he has a waiting pool of names!

GROUP 7: THE RECENTLY NAMED PDP LOOTERS.

GROUP 8: SCAPE GOATS. Dasuki the present example, Umaru Dikko before him was the example from the past and Governor Fayose of EKITI State will be the example in the future.

WHO IS ALIYU GUSAU 2?

Major General M. C. Alli, Nigeria’s 12th Chief of Army Staff, who took over from Lt. General Aliyu Gusau in that capacity, wrote about the shortest serving Chief of Army staff, who spent just three months in substantive command, before Babangida removed him. On the 59th-60th page of his 2001 Malthouse Press Limited, published book he titled:

“FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIAN ARMY THE SIEGE OF A NATION”, General Alli wrote:

“An inscrutable, evasive and intelligence mastermind whose contributions to the development and organisation of the Nigerian intelligence community from an embryonic state to maturity is tremendous. Between 1979-99, he shaped and bequeathed to the nation one of the most efficacious and reliable intelligence structures and organisation in the continent….the smoothest intelligence officer/operator: the maker of modern Nigerian National intelligence community”.

This father of Nigeria’s intelligence, in the order of Israel’s spymaster Isser Harel ,was beaten twice, first by the Mamman Vatsa’s 1985 coup and Major Gideon Gwaza Orkar’s coup of 22nd April 1990.

WHO IS ALIYU GUSAU 3?

He was Nigeria’s 11th Chief of Army Staff.

EVIDENCE TWO: THE ACCOUNT OF ATTAHIRU BAFARAWA

John Alechenu and Success Nwogu in an interview, titled:

“BAFARAWA, EX-PDP GOVS CLASH OVER N500M DONATION TO APC IN 2014,” published on April 1, 2018 in the Punch, reported:

“Unfortunately , what we saw was that the pillars of the PDP – because the governors are pillars of any party – were coming to give their financial contributions of N100 , 000, 000 (One hundred million ) each .

“I was there , (at the meeting ). Instantly , I said well , I am not a governor of my state , but I am willing and ready to give my personal N100, 000, 000 (One hundred million ) to safeguard my state from the PDP (invasion ).”

“Unfortunately , they (party leaders ) decided (in favour of the governors) and they had their way. Hence , all the PDP governors , who defected to the APC then , automatically became the leaders of the party in their states…….A former governor of Sokoto State, Attahiru Bafarawa, has alleged that the five Peoples Democratic Party governors , who defected to the All Progressives Congress in 2014 , paid N100m  each , before they were admitted into the then opposition party .

“The former PDP governors , who defected to the APC in the build – up to the 2015 general elections , were Rotimi Amaechi (Rivers) , Rabiu Kwankwaso ( Kano ), Murtala Nyako (Adamawa ), Abdulfattah Ahmed (Kwara ) and Aliyu Wamakko (Sokoto ).”http://punchng.com/bafarawa-ex-pdp-govs-clash-over-n500m-donation-to-apc-in-2014/

As it was with Aliyu Gusau and Dasuki, so it was again with these governors. Aliyu Gusau diverted funds for a covert operation that resulted in Buhari as Head-of-State, just the way these governors diverted funds for the development of their states, for Buhari to emerge as president.

CONCLUSION:
The tradition of double standards is the trademark of Buhari.

– He put Umaru Dikko in a crate, and arranged for him to be flown home….. It failed, just the way the 53 suitcases he smuggled into the country flopped, He said Dikko was corrupt, but didn’t consider his smuggling in of 53 undeclared suitcases at the sensitive period of currency change, which he ordered an offence!

That operation has remained a reference point of the man’s hypocrisy that found another expression in his plagiarized speech of Charles DeGaulle.

– He said at his inauguration, “I belong to everybody and I belong to nobody”, only to turn round in double talk in his trademark style to declare by nepotism that 97% and not 5% will enjoy his patronage, he went on to give 97% of STRATEGIC appointments to his preferred group.

Kayode Sesan under the title:

“BUSTED | BUHARI STOLE “I BELONG TO NOBODY” QUOTE FROM THE LATE CHARLES DE GAULLE”,

“The quote, which was smuggled into President Buhari’s May 29, 2015 inauguration speech, received a lot of commendation from Nigerians across political and religious divides. The quote immediately went viral and was listed by the BBC as the best quote out of Africa for the year 2015.

HE HAS A TRADITION OF HYPOCRISY ON THE SUBJECT OF CORRUPTION BENEFITING FROM IT IN PRIVATE WHILE DENY IT IN PUBLIC……THAT WAS THE FOCUS OF THE TWO WITNESSES

With his intention to run in 2019 declared, based on a personal history of benefiting from “FRAUD FUNDS” for power as he did in 1993 for the 1994 coup, and his 2015 election, for which he has refused to DECLARE and DISCLOSE the sources of funding, what is the covert intent of his $1 billion dollar loan, that was justified by the poorly planned FALSE FLAG at Dapchi?
