It was near tragedy yesterday at Mbonu Ejike neighbourhood, Owerri, Imo State, where a young man allegedly threw down his girlfriend’s sister from a storey building.
Interim report yet to be officially confirmed is that the lady rejected his sexual advances.
The allegation is fuelled by the fact that the man’s girlfriend had traveled at the time of the incident
It was not yet clear the full identities of the three, other than that the suspect allegedly attempted to have sexual intercourse with the young woman, which she resisted leading to him pushing her from the building.
The suspect was immediately apprehended and handed over to operatives of the Imo State Police Command, which is yet to officially confirm the incident.
