How Concerns Over Queen Elizabeth II Health Climaxes In Her Death

Concerns of the health of the Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth II of England has eventually climaxed in her death. One of the longest reigning monarchs, she died peacefully today at the age of 96.

Crowd had gathered at the Buckingham Palace residence in London on Thursday as concern was growing over the Queen’s health.

The Queen’s children – Charles, Princess Anne, 72, Prince Andrew, 62, and Prince Edward, 58, had flocked to her Scottish Highland retreat, Balmoral.

They were joined by Charles’s sons, Prince William, and his estranged brother Prince Harry.

The news is already stirring the world, given the central place of England in global politics.

The Eagle reports that two days earlier, in a move that some have described as a promotion, the queen, had appointed Liz Truss as the 15th prime minister of her reign and was seen smiling in photographs but looking frail and using a walking stick.

AFP news agency reports that as the news of her death broke, around 100 people braved torrential rain to stand at the palace gates,  as senior royals rushed to Balmoral in Scotland, where the queen was being treated.

The Royal Family, announcing the death on Twitter, tweeted, “The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon.

“The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.”

One photograph of the meeting sparked alarm, showing a deep purple bruise on the monarch’s right hand.

The Eagle can also report that Queen Elizabeth II, is on record as the longest-serving monarch in British history. The news of her passage to eternity was announced by officials of Buckingham Palace.

The queen’s death came after the palace announced on Thursday that doctors were “concerned” for her health and recommended she stayed under medical supervision.
