Those were the words of Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Funke Akindele, a video just shared on her Snapchat handle.
The famous Nigerian act was elaborating on the discomfort that she says characterize her physical presence during church services.
There would usually be media attention ostensibly causing her discomfort, she narrated.
The video shows the mega star getting a meal ready for the children.
“Do not ask if I am going to church. I am not going to church. Anytime I go to church, it is me that they take picture of. I will join online,” she said.
The implication is that she would be occasionally physically absence from her seat at the
Celestial Church of Christ where she worships.
Funke Akindele Slams Air Peace On Flight Delay
The Eagle reports that the filmmaker had last Friday, slammed Air Peace airline for dissatisfaction in the way in which the airline company handled a flight delay that at London’s Gatwick Airport of which she was a passenger.

“Passengers (including elderly people) have been stranded since 6:30AM at London Gatwick Airport with no proper communication.
“After hours of delay, we were told there was a bird strike and promised a hotel.
Hours later, people are still sitting at baggage claim hungry, exhausted, and without their bags,” she had written on an X post.
