When Olumide-Fusika, (SAN) Gave Zionist’s 10th Anniversary Lecture

 Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN),Adeyinka  Olumide-Fusika was on song recently as First distinguished 10th Anniversary Guest lecturer of the Zionists international club.

The Managing partner of Citipoints  Chambers, Lagos, lecturing on ‘Youth Unemployment, National Security and Sustainable Development’, declared outright that government surely had a business in business, and this it should acknowledge by renewed commitment.

According to him, not only is government needed in education, it should actually fund it adequately, ensuring that it is accessible by all and sundry, regardless of  social status.

He submitted that  there should be provisions for full employment for all, and efforts made by government to end casualization at he workplace.

Government also should increase the minimum wage to ensure job satisfaction.

Besides, Fusika is of the opinion that the key sectors of the economy should be nationalised, adding that this should help to sustain peaceful coexistence in the country.

..Receiving the award

He also advised that people should stop undermining the government sector for the private sector, while the young people must realise that the future lay in their hands.

For as much as a government can’t provide for the basics needs of the people than it cannot but be repressive. Chairman of the occasion, Dr. O.O. Kukoyi, added.

Established on 11, December, 2011, Zionists international club is dedicated to provision of socioeconomic support for members and the vulnerable sections of the society.

It is also committed to helping inculcate leadership and entrepreneurial spirits to the younger ones.

The current and Pioneer President, Znt. Lekan Adebayo used the opportunity to reiterate his vision for the establishment of christian Business club that would bring together Chief Executive Officers/Directors of blue chips companies, top brass diplomats, business persons and professionals to share Christian principles that would impact positively to their business and career.

He equally said that there was need for a revival in various sectors, especially the education and the judiciary sectors,  since, according to him, a strong judiciary would impact positively on other sectors of the society.
