A trending video on social media has shown the moment an alleged madman dances with youngsters while stealing the spotlight.
The short clip posted by a tweep was captioned: “At this point, I just feel Lagos is another country inside Nigeria because why will you be comfortable dancing with a mad man.”
So far, the tweet has spawned engagement with mixed reactions from netizens.
