VIDEO: Chelsea Boss Pochettino Becomes Latest Manager To Hang Out With Salt Bae 

Prior to his team’s match against Liverpool in the Carabao Cup final, Chelsea’s Mauricio Pochettino was caught hanging out with Salt Bae.

The Turkish chef gained notoriety for interfering with the Argentina team’s celebrations and attempting to hold the trophy at the 2022 World Cup final. After that incident, Pochettino received backlash from football fans, but he didn’t hesitate to visit the celebrity chef’s restaurant, Nusr-Et.

Pochettino lavished praise on the restaurant and said: “Everything is perfect. The best restaurant.”

Salt Bae asked: “Sunday?”

Pochettino was a bit surprised with that and said: “We will see. It will be tough but we will try.”

Salt Bae then wished him luck for the upcoming Carabao Cup final and the pair embraced each other.

An earlier visit to Salt Bae’s restaurant was made by Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal. Unfortunately, Arteta’s interaction with the chef did not go over well with the public. Following the release of a video showing him being given steak by Salt Bae, he was mocked online.

Arsenal haven’t lost a game since Arteta met Salt Bae in January. Now, Chelsea fans would hope that Pochettino’s meeting would bring the same luck and they would go on to beat Liverpool in the League Cup title decider on Sunday at Wembley.
