Ritualist Explains Why Client Died Performing Ritual Inside Grave

A ritualist from Inyi community in Igbo-Eze North Local Government Area of Enugu State, is now explaining why his client died performing prescribed ritual inside grave.

The ritualist, 48 year Enuwa Odugu, had been contracted by Chikwado Eze to help him perform a success rituatl prior to his travel overseas so he could become successful but he could not make it being buried inside grave for one hour and thirty minutes.

He is now telling men of the Enugu State police command that Eze died because he did not adhere to instructions.

Afterall, Eze was not his first client, and the only thing that could have resulted in is death disobedience.

Police account shows that Eze recently secured a visa to travel abroad, but sought the services of the native doctor to fortify him for success.

Part of the ritual was for him to be buried in a coffin for one and half hours, but died in the process.

Though he was quickly rushed to the hospital, he could not make it.

Enugu State Police Command spokesperson, Daniel Ndukwe, has confirmed that both the native doctor and Eze’s father, Uwakwe Eze, along with other accomplices, have been arrested

It is not clear however, what constituted the disobedience to given instruction on the part of the young man as is being alleged by the ritualist, but his body has been deposited at the mortuary awaiting autopsy.
