This is because, the very one whom he gave her heart and entrusted her life to, has become the very one took it away.

Emmanuel Walugu Onyango was a member of the Kenya Defence Forces, nairobinewsoline reports.
Onyango arrived home one day and sprayed Immaculate Mwende Mwirigi with bullets, killing her instantly before turning the nuzzle on himself.

Yet, the lady had before then held back no fond emotions for the man, usually updating her facebook wall with his pictures.
Both had met in the outskirts of Nanyuki town sometime in 2021 and immediately fell for each other, especially for Ms Mwende who despite knowing that Mr Onyango already had a family and lived with his wife, still had strong affections for him.
“It hurts when you realise you aren’t as important to someone as you thought you were,” she posted on her Facebook account.
It was a reality which did not yet stop her from bombarding her walls with her killer’s pictures.
The report had it that the late lady was telling her friends her affection for the man.
On the frieday, Mr Onyango was said to have excused himself from home after taking supper saying he had a lot of debts and wanted to clear them.

He sprayed Ms Mwende with bullets, after which he also shot himself, according to police reports.

“Mr Onyango shot himself on the chin and the bullet exited through the back of his head. The body of the woman was also lying in a pool of blood,” nairobinewsonline quotes the police saying in a report.
According to Laikipia County Criminal Investigation Officer (CCIO) Mr Onesmus Towett, police officers rushed to the scene once a gun shot was heard but found the door of the house locked from inside.
Upon forcing the door open, they could not believe their eyes.

They rushed Mr Onyango to Nanyuki Teaching and Referral Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival, the report said, adding that: “The officer was on duty just before the incident took place, he then went ahead and asked for permission to go for supper at 6pm during which he went to meet Ms Mwirigi,” said Mr Towett.
