Glo launches OGA SIM, The King Of All Data Offerings

A key player in the Nigerian telecoms sector, Glo, has unveiled a new product – the Glo OGA SIM, aimed at bringing more value to its subscribers.

The unveiling took place on August 15, 2018 at multinational telecommunications company’s head office, Adenuga Towers, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Speaking at the event, the regional chief marketing officer, Mr. Ashok Israni said the product offered more data than any other product from any other telecom firm.

In fact, the called it the king of all data offerings in the telecommunication industry, adding: “With this product, you do not need to look any further for value or reliability all because it is the king of all products. The SIM is named OGA SIM and it is the master of all SIMs today. In this data enabled world we have seen the need for data, the need to always stay connected. The value to be delivered from the OGA-SIM can be shared making it a very flexible product” he said.

The OGA-SIM is said to provide subscribers data enough to make them “oga” without having to break their banks or tear their pockets.

According to the firm, this is because with amounts as low as N25 one could subscribe for 10MB and as high as N20, 000 one could get 147GB.

Also speaking at the event, the Head Prepaid Activation Officer, Mr. Kene Okonkwo said:

“The OGA-SIM gives you the value for your money. The aim is to keep customers always connected. This offers 125% bonus to every data recharge and it lasts for 4 months. The bonus data can be shared making the product very flexible. We offer our subscribers enough data without having to tear their pocket so how wouldn’t you be an Oga”, he said

This data bonus is not restricted to only those who purchase the new Glo OGA-SIM but also existing users who will not use subscribed data for 90 days.
