FCMB Concludes Public Offer With Attractive Benefits

First City Monument Bank (FCMB) has yesterday, concluded its public offer that came with a huge promise of helping subscribers unlock investment possibilities.
As enticing as the banking brand itself, the offer was at a friendly N7.30 per as minimum purchase unit.
The Group’s public offer move, it informed, was support its banking subsidiary in complying with the minimum capital requirements newly introduced by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
“This requirement affects almost all banks in Nigeria, and they are also required to raise capital at this time”, according to information accessed from the bank..
The public offer, which remained a major item of discussion within investment quarters in the country for as long as it lasted, came with enticing promises.
