Editor’s Note-Believe Me, We’ve Built Bonds That ‘ll Outlive Time

To unlearn and relearn, is a phrase that comes to mind. Looking at the journey so far it is safe to say that, the process of unlearning and relearning has happened to a lot of us consciously or unconsciously.

It has been a privilege to watch people evolve over the past year and seeing people from different fields embrace journalism and communication as a new passion, creating programmes, becoming bloggers and even producing great TV content, it truly is amazing.

To all the lecturers that have built us up to this stage, I say a very big thank you as the evidence of your hard work was very visible during this process.

This magazine is a testament to the fact that, if people set their minds to a task, they can and would achieve it, from interviews with political figures to fashion and useful tips for everyday life, this is our own way of sharing with the world a piece of the knowledge we have acquired and showing what we feel the print media industry can be.

One thing I would take away from this experience and I’m sure my colleagues would agree with me is, the power of relationships, we have built bonds that would remain for a very long time to come, for the rest of our lives if I may say so and that is priceless.

I eagerly look forward to all the great things that would follow this publication, from new writers to champions in the public relations space and creators of the next set of award-winning shows on TV.
