Youths Drum Support For LAHA Aspirant, Adedeji Temitope Jah

An umbrella body of youths in Iju station area of Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government, Iju Station Youth Movement, have thrown their weight behind the front runner for the Lagos State House of Assembly, LAHA aspirant under the All Progressives Congress, APC, Adedeji Temitope Adewale, aka, Jah.

According to the spokesperson of the body, Bodundele Solaja, the decision was arrived at after wide consultations with elders and other stakeholders within the community.

Speaking after a meeting with the excos of the youth body, Bodundele said, “After due consultations with elders and stakeholders within and outside our community, we have arrived at a unanimous decision to accept Temitope Adewale as our aspirant for Lagos State House of Assembly Ifako-Ijaiye 02 Constituency.

“From our extensive consultations, it was made known that Temitope is the right person who has shown his consistency over time and who is fully ready to bring about the needed change to reposition our constituency. ”

He said people should ignore other aspirants who are opportunists and have nothing in particular to offer except empty promises.

“A lot of charlatans have joined the race and they have been going about making empty promises. We are calling on all the youths to see them for who they are -opportunists – who want to reap where they didn’t sow.”

“We are therefore calling on all youth bodies in the community, the elders of the community and other stakeholders to turn out and support Temitope and ensure he emerges victorious during the primaries.”

Bodundele assured that the body will use all its social media platforms to also pass across the message to its over 1000 members.
