Prior to their match against Udinese, Victor Osimhen joined the Napoli team but was observed neglecting his teammates at the team hotel.

Before Napoli’s Serie A match against Udinese on Wednesday, the striker was seen arriving at the team hotel and joining the players. Osimhen ignored his teammates and turned down Diego Demme’s offer of a handshake when he greeted team manager Giuseppe Santoro at the hotel’s door.

Osimhen removed every Napoli-related post from his official Instagram account after being incensed by a club video that ridiculed the striker for missing a penalty against Bologna on TikTok. In addition, his lawyer has threatened legal action against the club for damaging his client’s reputation.

Osimhen is part of the matchday squad for the match against Udinese despite all the drama, but it will be intriguing to see if the forward is in the starting lineup on Wednesday.
