Tony Rapu, Daddy GO…The Throwback Picture We Couldn’t Resist

Here goes the original text:  Tony Rapu, the Senior Pastor of the House of Freedom, has shared a throwback photo he took with Pastor Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in 1992.

The picture which also shows the General Overseer’s wife, Pastor Foluke Adeboye was taken during the first anniversary of Freedom Hall.

According to Tony Rapu, he used to dress in camouflage back then because of the message about the forceful advancement of the kingdom of God he was driving.

He wrote: “Massive 28-year throwback from May 1992

“This was the 1st anniversary celebration of Freedom Hall (Apapa Parish) with Pastor EA and Pastor (Mrs) Adeboye in attendance at Federal Palace Hotel, VI Lagos.

“I was driving a message of the forceful advance of the kingdom of God at the time and often wore a military uniform to church to demonstrate my point to the Jesus Army as we were sometimes called”.
