Reveal: How Madrid Will Cope Without Injured Bellingham – Ancelotti

The manager of Real Madrid, Carlo Ancelotti, stated that Los Blancos have enough depth in their roster to play RB Leipzig without Jude Bellingham.
Following a rolling ankle, Bellingham was taken out of Saturday’s La Liga match between Madrid and Girona early in the second half. The Englishman will miss at least two weeks of work due to tests, which were later conducted.

Ancelotti explained that Los Blancos have several options to turn to with Bellingham sidelined.
“We never think about those [players] who aren’t here,” Ancelotti said in Monday’s pre-match press conference. “It’s more fair to think about those who are here. Without Bellingham, we’ve won four games out of four [this season]. Those who’ve replaced him have done well, whether it’s Brahim [Diaz] or Joselu.”
Joselu and Diaz have both contributed significantly to Madrid’s success this year. Together, the two have netted 19 goals for Carlo Ancelotti’s team. Ancelotti hasn’t revealed which of the duo will start against Leipzig.
Leipzig and Los Blanco will play the first leg of their Champions League playoff match on Tuesday night. After that, they resume their La Liga schedule with a trip to Vallecas on Sunday to play Rayo Vallecano.
