Nationwide Strike: If you have an undergraduate in a federal university particularly, and they are not back home as at yet, then you should ask questions.

This is because most of them have been asked to vacate the campus, sequel to the shut-down of federal universities across the country.

The shutdown, supervised by Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU) and the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Allied Institutions, (NASU), follows an indefinite nationwide strike which the unions have just begun.

They are angered by the alleged failure of the government to pay them four months of salaries withheld during the 2022 strike by university workers.
