Mohbad: Management Reacts To Singer’s Alleged Will, Share Update On Police Investigations

The management of the late singer, Mohbad has shared updates about the ongoing police investigations, an alleged will and other information regarding his death.

His managers recently posted a statement on his Instagram account that included several updates and clarifications to address persistent misunderstandings and miscommunications around his passing.

Released on January 15, 2024, a few months following Mohbad’s demise, the statement emphasized the continued collaboration with law enforcement to guarantee elucidation and resolution for all stakeholders. It was disclosed that the Police authorities had carried out an inquiry and informed that it would take several months before the autopsy results from samples sent overseas were made public.

In the same vein, the management refuted claims of any will, lawyer’s involvement nor the documentation of the said will signed by a thumbprint.

Earlier, his father Aloba Joseph in an interview with TVC alleged his son had documented a will and he shockingly discovered it when he went to his house.

Also, the management disclosed that on September 12, 2023, all accounts that Mohbad owned or controlled during his lifetime were immediately placed on a Post No Debit order, which is still in effect today. Post No Debit orders are restrictions placed by banks on particular accounts that prohibit users from making withdrawals, transfers, or any other debits from those accounts.
