Man is 50, And He’s Been Sleeping With Daughter Since 11

Man is 50 years old and for almost ten years of that life, has been sleeping with his biological daughter now 18.

This implies that the incestuous relationship began when the girl was just 11.

How this happened for such long number of years without anyone noticing remains a puzzle; but the bubble burst for Ede May 9 when his wife noticed and decided to probe their daughter’s disrespectful attitude towards her father.

There and then, the girl spilled the beans, to the shock of mother and other neighbours at their Kajola Street, Ikotun neighbourhood.

The matter was promptly reported at the Ikotun police station leading to the arrest of the 50 year old man.

The woman, according the Nation report probed the girl and she revealed that Ede has been raping her since she was 11.

But she could not reveal the secret following her father’s threats of dealing with her if she ever dared.

Police spokesman Bala Elkana, said Ede was charged to court on May 11 after thorough investigation and was remanded in Police Custody.

 “The suspect was arrested by detectives from the Family Support Unit (FSU). He confessed to the commission of the crime.

“After a thorough investigation into the case, the suspect was on May 11, charged to Chief Magistrate Court ll Ogba on five counts of incest, rape, sexual harassment, defilement and sexual assault.

“He is remanded in police custody while the case is adjourned till June 15 for hearing,” Elkana said.

Recently, a 44-year -old- man was arrested by the Imo State police command for allegedly having sex with his 15-year-old daughter and inviting his friends to do same in Orji, Imo state.

The man was identified as Chimnonso Okonkwo by the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), in the state, Orlando Godson Ikeokwu,.

“It is noteworthy, that it wasn’t the first time this is happening.

“He normally invites his friends who come to his house to have canal knowledge of his own daughter.”., the police spokesman said.

The incest was exposed by a concerned neighbour of the suspect.

The police PRO said Mr Okonkwo has since confessed to the crime.
