Lover Girl Lures Boyfriend To The Forest, Then…

The narrative is usually that of a lady losing her life in the hands of her lover boy, but in this case, it is the other way round.

The account from the Sokoto State Police Command indicates that the young woman did this to the lover boy with the connivance of others in Gidan Kacha village, Gada Local Government Area of Sokoto State.

Rukayya Amadu, in conspiracy with another lover, Hamisu Ibrahim allegedly lured her boyfriend, identified as Ali Salisu of Darnawa village, to his death.

They had robbed him before eventually doing away with his life, according to a statement by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ahmad Rufai.

Fufai said the incident occurred on October 4, 2025, after Rukayya invited the unsuspecting victim to a secluded area in the Dabagi bush under the guise of a private meeting.

“Unknown to him, Rukayya had arranged with Hamisu to set a deadly trap

“When the victim arrived, Hamisu ambushed him, tied a rope around his neck, and strangled him to death before fleeing with his red Kasea motorcycle”, the DSP Narrated.

“All four suspects have been arrested and are in custody.

“They will soon be charged in court for criminal conspiracy, culpable homicide, armed robbery, and receiving stolen property”, he stated.

According to the Commissioner of Police, CP Ahmed Musa “This case is both tragic and instructive

“It shows how misplaced trust can end in disaster.

“We urge the public to exercise caution in personal relationships and to avoid secluded areas, especially at night”, even as the residents are still in quandary what actually may have motivated the lover girl along that pathway of action”.

The action of the lover girl has left many stunned, underscoring the new narrative that what a man can do, a woman can indeed do better.
