Eko Electricity Company Gets New Chief Executive

Eko Electricity Distribution Company now has a new Chief Executive in the person of Wola Joseph-Condotti.

Joseph-Condotti’s emergence follows the resignation of the former CEO, Rekhia Momoh, who was on the saddle for about two years.

Joseph-Condotti was before now, the Group MD/CEO of West Power & Gas Limited, the parent company of Eko Disco.

Background check by The Eagle, shows that Joseph-Condotti is a recognised thought leader in the energy sector, with a strong focus on renewable energy, sustainability, and carbon markets.

The Eko Electricity Company’s new helmsman, has served as the pioneer Chief, Legal & Company Secretariat at EKEDP, and held various key positions including Head of Regulatory Compliance and Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer.

With a law degree from the University of Ibadan, an LLM from Harvard Law School, and an MBA from INSEAD Business School, she has earned numerous awards, including being listed among the top 100 General Counsels by the Legal 500 GC Powerlist: Nigeria, 2024.
