Dollar To Naria Rate Today 31st October 2023

The Dollar To Naira Exchange rate at the parallel market also known as black market today, 31st October 2023 is set at N1100/$.

This is according to black market operators in Lagos and Ibadan trading morning sessions.

At the Official Investors and Exporters Window (I & E), the Naira dipped by 25 per cent yesterday, against the foreign currency.

The market opened at 794.70/$ and concluded trades at N993.82/$1, indicating a 25.81 per cent change.

In the same vein, the local currency fell by N1 against its American counterpart at the official Central Bank Of Nigeria’s (CBN) trading exchange. The market opened at N908/$ to close at N909/$.
