The Eagle reports that the parallel market also known as black market operators in Lagos and Abuja are trading Dollar to Naira at N1250/$ today, 9th January, 2024.

Speaking with our correspondent, the operators noted that the day’s session commenced at a flat rate as yesterday’s market concluded at N1250/$.

The buying rate settles at N1240/$ in Lagos, while in Abuja trades at N1245/$ while the selling rate is N1250/$ in both cities.

Meanwhile, at the Peer2Peer (P2P) trading exchange segment, the local currency commences morning trade at N1300/$ in contrast to N1350/$ it sold yesterday.
