Saudi Arabia Club Offers Mbappe €200m Deal With Real Madrid Release Clause

Saudi Arabia club, Al-Hilal is reportedly offering Kylian Mbappe a €200 million (£173 million/$223 million) contract with a Real Madrid release clause.

The future of the France forward at Paris Saint-Germain is the subject of a lot of conjecture.

The World Cup winner has made it obvious that he won’t sign a new contract with Parc des Princes, thus he will be a free agent in 2024.

With reports of interest from clubs like Real and Arsenal persisting, PSG are apparently willing to trade Mbappe after leaving him out of their preseason trip of Asia.

Tancredi Palmeri now asserts that Saudi Arabian group Al-Hilal has joined the pursuit. They apparently have no problem paying Mbappe €200 million a year while offering PSG the same sum as a transfer price.

According to reports, the reported deal also gives Mbappe the choice to move from the Middle East to Spain in 2024, with only Real Madrid having the authority to exercise such option.

The talented 24-year-old is allegedly reluctant to travel to Saudi Arabia, but Al-Hilal’s offer of a way out may be attractive to him given the possibility of being barred from Paris for a whole year.

The expectation is that Mbappe will end up at Santiago Bernabeu at some stage – despite having previously snubbed interest from Madrid to head for Paris in 2017 and pen a new contract in the summer of 2022.
