MOST POPULAR HIP-HOP ARTISTE – 2 Baba Leads Burna Boy, Davido, Others

Burna Boy for example, is a popular Nigerian entertainment act, who was born on July 2, 1991.
His real name is Damini Ogulu, and he hails from Ahoada, Port Harcourt, in Rivers State.
His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Ogulu, initiatlly resident in Rivers but who later moved to Lagos
The man they call 2Baba needs little or no introduction when it comes to the entertainment industry.
He had been followed by fans right from his days as a member of the Plantashun Boyz, an R&B/hip hop group that also rocked the charts decades back.
The creator of African Queen, the first ever video to be played on pan African channel MTV Base , 2Baba is a musical ambassador.
Another strong contender even as the days roll by is Davido.
His full name is David Adedeji Adeleke, a multi-talented artiste, with singing, songwriting and record production talents.
Though born in Atlanta, he was however raised in Lagos, and was a member of the music group KB International. He studied business administration at Oakwood University before opting for music.
