Telecoms Giant, MTN Apologises ‘Sincerely’, See Reason Why

Telecoms giant, MTN has sent word out apologising sincerely to it’s burgeoning subscribers.
In a text message dispatched online, it cites challenges which subscribers on the platform have been facing as reason for the apology.
The message read: “Dear Customer, we sincerely apologise for the challenges experienced with our services yesterday, caused by significant damage to our fibre cables.
“This has been resolved and services fully restored. Thank you for your patience and understanding”, MTN said in the widely circulated message.

The Eagle reports that subscribers have been through some challenges trying to access the telecom company’s services..
As leading telecoms service provider in the country, MTN currently has over 87 million subscribers on its network.
The burgeoning number is believed to affect it’s service efficiency and over which Nigerian users have complained.
