There are certain things not to trifle with, Open Heavens with new month prayers and declarations being some of those.

This is especially the case when it emanates right from the throne room of grace.

As ritualistic as it may seem, it is actually one thing you should take serious. Afterall, certain good things of life would never come by wishful thinking.

On the other hand, thou shall decree a thing and it shall come to pass (Job 22:28); thou shall eat the fruit of your sayings, and life and death are in the power of the tongue (Prov 18:21)
