NNPP Chieftain Ajadi, Pays Respects at Final Burial Ceremony in Ikire

In a heartfelt demonstration of solidarity and respect, Comrade Olufemi Ajadi, a prominent figure in the New Nigeria Peoples’ Party (NNPP), attended the final burial ceremony of Alhaja Kaliatu Sidikatu Ajile in Ikire, Osun State.

The ceremony, held on Saturday, 25 November, 2023, marked the farewell to a remarkable woman who lived to the remarkable age of 125, leaving behind a legacy of godliness and humanitarian acts.

As one of the national chieftains of NNPP, Ajadi’s presence not only underscored his deep connections within the community but also highlighted his commitment to fostering strong bonds with the people of Osun State.

At the ceremony, he extended heartfelt condolences to the grieving family, celebrating the rich and meaningful life of the late Kaliatu Sidikatu Ajile.

In a poignant tribute, Ajadi remarked, “Mrs. Kaliatu was a living testament to the resilience and rich cultural heritage of Ikire. Her life story is an inspiration to us all, and her passing is a great loss to our community.”

“We gather today to honor the meaningful life of the late Kaliatu. We are also y hankful for the life of the deceased’s son, Muritala Olusegun Abdul-Wahab, a devoted and loyal individual to me, whose invitation is honored to join this ceremony,” he said.

Accompanying Comrade Ajadi to the occasion were other prominent political figures, including the SouthWest PRO for NNPP, Hon. Kilamuwaye Badmus; the PRO NNPP Ogun State, Comrade Olowu Olayemi Omokehinde; Comrade Awoeyo Olugbenga Olaitan; Hon. Teluwo Kehinde; Comrade Ibrahim Shaun; Hon. Akingbala Semiu, the Tayese of Baamu Land and Ogun Central Senatorial Chairman of NNPP, and Hon. Fatai Adenaya, popularly known as Modawoni. Their presence underscored the significance of the event and the strong ties that bind the NNPP to the community.
