Nemesis Catches Up With FUNAAB Student’s Killer

Ayomide Adeleye, just 23, would be telling the police why he allegedly terminated the promising life of Christiana Idowu

Nemesis has caught up with alleged killer of a student of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Idowu Christiana.

The Lagos State Police Command has confirmed today that the Nigerian Army has handed over to them, one Adeleye Ayomide, 23, the alleged killer.

Christiana, a 300-level student of the university and was on her way to her place of industrial attachment at Yaba before she was abducted by suspected kidnappers along the Ikorodu-Yaba Road, Lagos State, on Monday, August 19, 2024

The command’s Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed this in a message he shared on his X handle.

“23-year-old Ayomide Adeleye has been handed over to #LagosPoliceNG by 9 Brigade #HQNigerianArmy. The handover took place today, September 5, 2024, at about 1400hrs. Investigation is ongoing,” he wrote.

The police was able to dictate the location of the abductors using personal details already incident in official documentations.

With the eventual arrest of the perpetrator, nemesis is believed to have caught up with him, leaving the police to find out if he acted alone or in concert.
