It Doesn’t Just Make Sense What You Did – Gates Lashes Trump
BY CAMI EZENWA
It is simply a question of one of the world’s richest men, lashing at the world’s most powerful president.
And at issue here is the decision of the United States’ president, Donald Trump to pull out his country the global body, the World Health Organisation (WHO), of which he is the highest donor.
While announcing its position, Trump had said, in allowing the pandemic to take hold, the WHO had failed in its basic duty.
That move by Trump was in reaction to his feeling that the WHO had not handled the coronavirus pandemic well,
On the other hand, leading global philanthropist, Bill Gates and Melinda Gates of the Gates Foundation feel differently, and say that Trump didn’t make sense in the decision, according to Daily Mail.
They did not stop at denouncing their president, but went ahead to pledge $150 million to the global health body, to be devoted to fighting the virus.
In fact, they say that pulling out of the WHO was dangerous and nonsensical move when the world was facing health crisis brought on by the COVID-19 disease pandemic.
They said that their donation should be devoted to speeding the development of treatments, vaccines and public health measures to tackle the new coronavirus outbreak.
“I’m hopeful that he doesn’t follow through on that because we need their support.”, while speaking with ABC News anchor David Muir on Wednesday .
“This is a global problem. They are the institution that brings nations together and make sure that we are sharing best practices between all of those countries,” he added.
Melinda then said: ‘I think it’s worth saying, we’ve been working with the WHO for over 20 years as a foundation.
“And no institution is perfect, but it’s the global response that’s going to get us through this, and WHO was created after World War II to deal with exactly these kinds of issues around the world.
The Gates Foundation is the second largest donor to the WHO behind the United States.
WHO’s Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said on Wednesday he regretted Trump’s decision.
There are more than 645,000 coronavirus cases in the US with more than 28,500 deaths and Trump is under pressure to halt the trend.
On the other hand, the Gates Foundation’s new $150million commitment brings its COVID-19 funding for the international response to date to $250million, but Gates said any gap left in the WHO’s funding would be very hard for others to fill.

My comment is simply this. Firstly and my important question, who is behind the virus? (Coronarvirus) And what are his intentions? is the person,s Intentions to enslave the world? By ships plantation, to lead mankind to the Antichrist program unkowningly or knowingly. While my comment you can not enslave Trump I stand by him and I stand in Christ thanks
