How did an official of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) and a passerby become victims of an electrocution in Okrika?
The electrocuted which followed an electrical spark on Monday had ignited a fire in the popular community in Rivers State, but the tragic nature has left some residents talking.
The tragic incident reportedly occurred in the early hours when power was restored to the area, causing a sudden electrical spark.
Despite that the Spokesperson of the Rivers State Police Command, SP Grace Iringe-Koko, has confirmed the incident saying: “I can confirm the incident. Two people were affected, not six as reported in some quarters. Investigation is ongoing,” the community is still in shock.
