Dollar To Naira Today, 29th September
According to black market traders in Lagos, Dollar to Naira today, 29th September 2022 is set at N733/$1.
Bureau De Change operators in Lagos and Abuja revealed that dollar price had increased from N718 – N720 to N728-N735 in the past week.
However, at the Importers and Exporters Window (I & E), the exchange rate settled at N436.37 yesterday in contrast to N436.33/$1 revealing a change of 0.01 per cent.
Analysyts said the naira had weakened in the parallel market due to increased speculations, falling external reserves, and low foreign exchange inflows.
Nigeria’s forex reserves stood at $38.5bn on Wednesday, which was a drop by $1.8bn from $40.5bn recorded in January 2022.
The dollar-Naira exchange at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) settled at N432.54 after maintaining a flat rate of N431.83/$1 since the week’s commencement. Naira slumped by 0.08 per cent.

The same story applies in the peer-to-peer (P2P) foreign segment as The Eagle‘s observation from today’s trade reveals Dollar surged to N740.31 compared to 734/$1 it exchanged this same time yesterday.
On the other hand, seven coins in the crypto world moved bullish while one IOTA suffered a bearish move. Bitcoin remained below the $20,000 benchmark, yet progressed.
BTC jumped by 3.33% to sell at $19,357.65, ETH jumped by 3.22% to sell at $1,323.13, LTC jumped by 2.64% to sell at $53.28, BCH appreciated by 2.24% to sell at $114.3, while IOTA slumped by 7.21% to sell at $0.291.
XRP jumped by 3.92% to sell at $0.4401, ADA jumped by 0.96% $0.4335, DSH stood at 2.26% to sell at $41.19.
