It is not easy to make a video go viral but a delivery driver whose video of a nude customer has reached 30 million views online is in trouble for illegal filming and posting.

Olivia Henderson, 23, appeared in court on Friday after a grand jury voted to move forward with felony charges tied to the viral TikTok she recorded during a delivery.

The DoorDash driver is accused of filming a passed-out naked customer who she claimed sexually harassed her.

Through her lawyer, Henderson pleaded not guilty before the Oswego County Court, and was released, but she is due back in June.

The indictment stems from a 2025 incident in which prosecutors say Henderson recorded a man asleep on his couch without pants by filming through his front doorway, then shared the clip on TikTok.

Report about the incident said Henderson had claimed the encounter amounted to sexual harassment and filed a police report after posting the video.

“My customer requested that my order be left at their front door, and when I arrived at their house, their front door was wide open, and they were within eyesight of the front door, laying on the couch, indecently exposed to me,” she said in the video.

She was arrested and now faces Invasion of Privacy and Distribution of Intimate Images charges, after it was determined she had not interacted with the man.

At arraignment of he delivery driver, Judge Armen Nazarian did not allow cameras in the courtroom and Henderson declined to comment when approached by reporters outside court.

“Posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies,” the company said.

“That is the sole reason that this Dasher’s account was deactivated, along with the customer’s, while we investigated.”
