How on earth did a 33-year-old man, Dominic Kenneth, manage to remove his neighbour’s scrotum?

That is the big poser that the authorities are trying to find an answer to, but in the meantime, the poser would not be conclusively answered until until March 14.

That is the day that the Ikorodu Magistrates’ Court in Lagos, where the case was heard has fixed for a mention.

Kenneth, whose address is yet to be ascertained, allegedly caused grievous harm to his neighbour by removing his scrotum.

This was during a fight, on Wednesday, though he has pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The Prosecutor, ASP Christian Okonofua, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on March 1, at about 12:20p.m. at No 1, Abdul Rasaq Street, Balogun area of  Ikorodu.

Kenneth, he added unlawfully caused grievous harm to his neighbour (co-shop owner in the market), Mr Pascal Uche, by allegedly removing one scrotum from his private part during a fracas.

According to the prosecutor, the offence contravened Section 245 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015, which if convicted, could see the alleged culprit going to prison for seven years.

The Magistrate, Mrs A.O. Onalaja, granted the defendant bail in the sum of N250, 000 with two sureties in like sum.

As to how Kenneth managed to remove his neighbour’s scrotum would be answered on March 14, when the case was adjourned to, NAN reports.
