Nigeria’s representative at the ongoing U20 Women World Cup, in France, the Falconets have booked a place in the quarter final stags of the global competition.

They did this by scoring deep in added time through Rasheedat Ajibade thereby cancelling out a goal scored by China’s Zhang Linyan in the 41st of the game.

Germany top the group with maximum points after beating Haiti 3-2 in the final group match.

Though China also have 4 points, Nigeria qualify with a superior goal advantage.
