AFCON 2025: Victor Osimhen Speaks On Semi-Final Clash With Morocco

Nigeria’s leading goal poacher in the ongoing AFCON 2025 football competition, Victor Osimhen has has spoken on the upcoming semi-final class with host nation Morocco.

While Nigeria squares up with Morocco, Senegal would be seeking to edge out Egypt to book a place in the final.

Sharing his perspective on the Nigeria-Morocco clash, Victor Osimhen said it would not be an easy game.

“Hopefully, one game at a time. It is not going to be easy for us, but I believe in this squad, and I believe in the players”.

Senegal would be battling with Egypt in the first semi-final on Wednesday January 14, 2026 as the Grand Stade De Tanger, Tangier from 6:00pm, while Nigeria takes on Morocco in the second semi-final billed for the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium, Rabat, from 9:00pm.
