Technology Firm Introduces Digital Fuel Card

A digital fuel card aimed at helping users maximise their fuel use efficiency, while guaranteeing transparency has been launched

The product was launched by Tango Brook Technologies, a player in the Information Communication Technology (ICT) firm has said in a statement.

It said the Tango Fuel Card provides access to physical payment cards accepted at fuel stations nationwide, alongside tools, detailed reports, analytics and devices that help households and organisations track and optimise fuel use while curbing fraud.

Among is major advantages is that it could help users reduce fuel theft by as much as 95%.

Its other advantages are that it could help:

i. prevent leaks before they occur

ii. set usage limits and

iii. prevent unauthorised spending

Besides customers could access real-time transaction details, including exact volumes purchased per transaction, the company added.
