Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang right in slamming Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta and saying he can’t handle big players?

This is the question on the lip of followers of the premier league, after, the player who just moved to Barcelona, hit out at his former boss.

He left the club last January, for Barcelona on a free transfer after being frozen out and losing the club captaincy due to a discipline breach, reports goal.com.

“He needs some young players who don’t say anything.”, he has been quoted as saying referring to Arteta, “Big characters and big players…he can’t deal with it,” Aubameyang is heard saying. “He needs some young players who don’t say anything.”

The Eagle findings show that Aubameyang has played a total of 72 matches for the African country of Gabon, a former French colony, while representing her on the international stage.

In fact, he had appeared in Gabon national colours 72 times representing the African nation on the international stage.

He was a League Cup winner with St-Etienne in France earlier in his career, a Community Shield winner and also the Super Cup in England and Germany respectively.

Aubameyang won the 2020 FA Cup with Arsenal in a game he was dominant, netting two important goals against the Blues in the final,a longside other impressive performances.

On the other hand, Mikel Arteta had led Arsenal to consecutive FA Cups in 2014 and 2015 in addition to other feats at both national and club levels.

His feats include what his club describes as “a coolly-taken penalty in the 3-3 Champions League draw with Anderlecht – a goal notable for being Arsenal’s 500th at Emirates Stadium. It was the ninth successful spot-kick in a row for the composed midfielder”

The Spaniard was born in San Sebastian, and has played with Barcelona, variously with the Spanish national teams including the Uefa Under-16 Championship win in 1999. He had also been with Paris Saint-Germain, Glasgow Rangers. From  Real Sociedad, he joined Everton, where he won Player of the Season award twice.

He had equally won the FA Cup twice with the Gunners, before leaving at the end of the 2015/16 season. He is expected to remain Arsenal manager till 2025.
