2025 Recruitment: Nigeria Customs Warns Prospective Applicants

Prospective applicants desiring to work with the Nigeria Customs Service beginning this year, have been warned to tread carefully.
This is so that they could avoid being scammed.
The NCS concluded a job recruitment exercise last year, but ostensibly because of its popularity amongst job seekers, is still bombarded with enquiries and requests.
The service has now been forced to put up a claimer on its website alerting prospective applicants that the its job recruitment exercise which started last year had actually closed.
“Applications for the 2024 Nigeria Customs Service Recruitment is CLOSED!
All Applicants are to print their ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SLIP using their registered National Identification Number (NIN) used to submit their Application in the box below to download their slip”, the NCS put up on its website.
It also added a disclaimer that “No fees or payments are required for the recruitment process, Beware of SCAMMERS!!!!”
A blind across the disclaimer on the Nigeria Customs website, however stated:
Please be advised that Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) does not require any form of payment or financial implications from Applicants.
