You Cannot Celebrate This Victory –Police Tells Party Supporters
You cannot celebrate this victory, is simply the caution to political party supporters who had been thinking to jump into the streets of Kaduna and start celebrating over the recently concluded elections had better go home.
The police says it would not have any of that, and would rather visit the full weight of the law upon such a person or group.

The police in a statement today in Kaduna, by DSP Mohammed Jalige, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), said it would view seriously any deliberate act intended at disobeying the directive:
”Any deliberate act to violate the ban or cause breakdown of law and order under whatever guise would not be tolerated, as the full wrath of the law would be bought to bare,” the police said.

Telling them in other words, you cannot celebrate this victory, the police added: “All persons with intent to violate the order are warned to desist from that, as the command in collaboration with other sister agencies are fully prepared to deal decisively with such persons in accordance with extant laws.
“The command uses this medium to call on the members of the public not to relent in supporting security agencies in delivering their mandates of securing lives and properties of the good people of Kaduna state, “Jalige said.
