Wike Should be Arrested, Charged For Treason –Edwin Clarke
The Minister for the Federal Capital Authority (FCT) Abuja Nyesom Wike should be arrested and charged for treason, Chief Edwin Clark has said.
Clark, an elder statesman and former Federal Commissioner directed the charge to the Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun.
He stated this in a letter made available to journalists during a press briefing at his Asokoro residence today.
Clark’s stance is in reaction to a statement credited to the FCT minister, where he was lambasting governors of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) alleged to be planning to take away the structure of the PDP
“I pity those governors because I will put fire in their states. When God has given you peace, you say you don’t want peace – anything you see, you take”, he reportedly said.
