Who Put Fires To These Structures In Norfolk?

Who put fires to these structures pictured below, in Norfolk County in Canada? Well, that is the big question that the authorities are trying to find answers to.
There has been three more suspicious fires in the county making a total of 12 since last November, and the source or sources remain a puzzle that the security agencies in the county are trying to resolve.
Reports show that fires happened at an abandoned house, an abandoned barn, and an active gas station, and emergency crews in Norfolk County have called all the fires suspicious.
“We understand how frustrating this is and how scary it is for the community.
“We are doing everything we can to find these individuals and hold them accountable,” said Const. Randi Crawford in a video posted on social media.

The sequences of the fires also raises issues. After report of a fire at an abandoned house on Concession 6 Townsend at about 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday; there came another one, at 12:10 a.m. Wednesday morning, at a structure fire at a gas station on Highway 24 in Norfolk.

The authorities are trying to unravel the circumstances surrounding fires that have ravaged neigbourhoods in the recent.
According to police, a person was seen Wednesday morning, running on Norfolk County Highway 24, and is described as a white man, approximately 30 years old, very thin and was wearing a hoodie and a face covering.
So, who put fires to these structures in Norfolk and elsewhere where they had been such incident?
Residents can only wait while the authorities seek and in fact unravel the answers.
