Vinicius Jr Reveals Tactical Tweak That Makes Him ‘Unstoppable’
Vinicius Jr. asserted that a minor tactical adjustment at Real Madrid has made him “unstoppable.”
The Real Madrid player, who gave manager Carlo Ancelotti credit for a tactical change that has made it possible, asserted that opponents have a difficult time defending against him. This season, in 27 games across all competitions, the Brazilian, who plays winger most of the time, has 16 goals and 8 assists.

Speaking in an interview with the club’s official website, the Brazil international said, “I’m trying to help as much as I can, changing my game. I’m unstoppable because when I’m not playing well as a winger I go central and the opponents don’t know how to defend against me.”
The current 2023–24 season has seen Los Blancos as a formidable opponent. With Vinicius scoring a hat-trick in their 4-1 victory over Barcelona, the team has already won the Spanish Super Cup. Not only have they advanced to the Champions League quarterfinals, but they also lead the battle for the top Spanish crown by seven points. They fell 4-2 against Atletico Madrid in the Copa del Rey round of 16—their lone loss of the season.
The next game Ancelotti’s team will play is a pivotal La Liga matchup against Osasuna on Saturday.
