Video: Outrage As Man Gives Female Child ‘Igbo’ To Smoke

A Twitter user, @yourgirl_ajex has called the attention of netizens to a video of a man smoking Indian hemp popularly known as ‘igbo’ and giving it to a female child to puff.

The 28 seconds clip shows the moment the man took in a puff and passed it on to the child who also puffed her share.

Captioning the clip was, “This is so wrong”, and fellow tweeps have weighed in with mixed feelings regarding the act.

A tweep, Sir Teeman suggests the man to be prosecuted. The tweet reads “I hope he is found and prosecuted as necessary. This is child endangerment. He can’t successfully raise that child. Who knows what else he’s trying out on her?”
