A fresh tattoo of Nicolas Otamendi holding the World Cup trophy has prompted Lionel Messi to comment. Otamendi is a teammate of Messi’s from Argentina.

At Qatar 2022, the seven-time winner of the Ballon d’Or completed his medal haul in spectacular style. His seven goals helped the Albiceleste win the tournament while earning him the second Golden Ball of his remarkable career.

The celebrations following that victory in the Middle East have continued for several months, and unflappable center-half Otamendi is the most recent to receive a permanent reminder of what Messi and company accomplished.
