In the meantime, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has urged voters to obtain their PVCs, stating that “no PVC, no vote.”
Professor Ibrahim Yahaya-Makarfi, the INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner in Katsina State, made the call in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Sunday in Katsina.
He claims that the commission won’t let anyone cast a ballot in the general elections of 2023 if they don’t show their PVCs at the polling places.
