Following the draws today Monday, August 5, 2024, full list of the UEFA Champions League Play is now out.

 Fans can know know their favourite teams and opponents to enable them follow the competition.

The UEFA Champions League play-off draw was made on Monday ahead of the new campaign set to begin in September.

Before sharing the draws, it is important to bring to the notice of dear readers, some useful backgrounds that preceded the UEFA Champions League Play-Off Draw Full List we are sharing here.

-From the 2024/25 season, 36 clubs are participating in the newly created league phase, meaning the introduction of four more sides

-In this new format, teams will play eight matches against eight different teams, rather than three teams twice as was previously the case.

– To determine the eight different opponents, teams are seeded in four pots at the beginning of the season (the only exception being the UEFA Champions League titleholder always top seed in pot 1).

-Each team will then be drawn against two opponents from each pot, one of which will be at home and one away.

-The same will apply for the UEFA Europa League, while for the UEFA Conference League each side will face six opponents only, one from each of the six pots.

-In the league phase teams cannot face opponents from their country and can be drawn against a maximum of two sides from the same country.

  6. Lille (FRA) or Fenerbahce (TUR) v Slavia Prague (CZE) or Union Saint-Gilloise (BEL)
  7. Dynamo Kyiv (UKR) or Rangers (SCO) v RB Salzburg (AUT) or Twente (NED)
